Shipping and Payment Terms
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to:
- Germany
- Austria
- Switzerland
Shipping is handled by the shipping service provider DHL.
2. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified for the respective product, the delivery time is:
3–5 business days
For payments made in advance, the delivery period begins upon receipt of payment, and for other payment methods, it begins upon successful completion of the payment process.
Please note that in exceptional cases, delays may occur over which we have no direct influence (e.g., delays due to the shipping service provider or force majeure).
3. Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process before the order is completed.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery country and the scope of the order.
4. Payment Methods
The following payment options are available in our online shop:
PayPal
Payment is made via the payment service provider PayPal. After completing the order process, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment processing.
Klarna
Payment is made via Klarna according to the payment terms offered by Klarna.
Shopify Payments
Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments. Various payment methods may be offered depending on availability.
Credit Card
We accept credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard).
Apple Pay
Payment can also be made via Apple Pay, provided this payment method is available to the customer.
5. Retention of Title

6. Delivery to a Different Address
Delivery to a different delivery address specified by the customer is possible, provided it was correctly entered during the ordering process.
7. Non-Acceptance of Delivery
Should a delivery be returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or non-acceptance by the customer, additional costs may be incurred.
The customer's legal rights, in particular the right of withdrawal, remain unaffected by this.
