Our products have been developed for the care and cleaning of pets and are intended to provide safe support in everyday life when used as directed.
Please always read the respective product information and application instructions on the packaging before use.
Correct use
Our products may only be used for their intended purpose.
Please note:
- Not suitable for human consumption.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only as directed.
- Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes or open wounds, unless explicitly intended for the respective product.
- In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately.
Tolerance in animals
Each animal may react differently.
For sensitive animals or first-time use, we recommend testing the product on a small area first.
If skin irritations, intolerances or other abnormalities occur, discontinue use of the product and consult a veterinarian if necessary.
Storage
Products:
- store in a dry and protected place,
- protect from direct sunlight,
- store according to the information on the packaging.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for using the products in accordance with the respective instructions for use.
The seller accepts no liability for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect storage or failure to observe the product information.
The customer's statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

Our products do not replace veterinary treatment.
In case of health problems or persistent complaints of an animal, a veterinarian should be consulted.
