Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to all contracts between

Konstantinos Kisniaridis – Tierpflege Deutschland
Owner: Konstantinos Kisniaridis
Martin-Luther-Str. 8
41751 Viersen
Germany

(hereinafter "Seller")

and customers via the online shop at

https://tierpflege-deutschland.de

These T&Cs apply to all consumers and entrepreneurs, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2. Contracting Parties and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with:

Konstantinos Kisniaridis – Tierpflege Deutschland

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The contract is concluded as soon as the Seller accepts the order by means of an order confirmation via email or dispatches the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices in the online shop are total prices.

Due to the application of the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is shown.

The following payment options are available:

  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Shopify Payments
  • Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay

The purchase price is due immediately after the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise specified for the respective payment method.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery takes place within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Shipping is handled by DHL.

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective product.

Should a product be temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

The customer is requested to report obvious transport damage to the shipping service provider and the Seller as soon as possible.

The customer's statutory rights are not restricted thereby.

7. Liability

The Seller is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages based on intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, the Seller is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as mandatory statutory protective provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence are not restricted thereby.

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
